The A+ School Age Program is for children in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. We provide after school care for local area schools including Tahoe Lake Elementary, Kings Beach Elementary, North Tahoe Middle School, and Creekside Cooperative Charter School. We are fully licensed by the Sate of California (license # 313-607-930).
After school care includes a nutritious snack, homework assistance, recreation, crafts, and educational enrichment activities. We are open for full day child care on snow days (as long as we have electricity) and most school holidays.
We are fully licensed by the state of California (license #313607930). What does that mean exactly? It means we follow state guidelines for operating a safe, fun, loving environment for your child. It also means we follow state guidelines for teacher to student ratios and our teachers meet educational qualifications set by the state.
