The A+ After School Program is for children in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. We provide after school care for local area schools including Tahoe Lake Elementary, Kings Beach Elementary, North Tahoe Middle School, and Creekside Cooperative Charter School. We are fully licensed by the Sate of California (license # 313-607-930).
After school care includes a nutritious snack, homework assistance, recreation, crafts, and educational enrichment activities. We are open for full day child care on snow days (as long as we have electricity) and most school holidays.
The Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (TTUSD) provides bus transportation for children attending Tahoe Lake Elementary, Kings Beach Elementary, and North Tahoe Middle School to the A+ Program in the afternoon. Please note children attending TTUSD schools will need to purchase a bus pass in order to be dropped off at A+.
A+ provides transportation from Creekside Cooperative Charter School. We also work hard to assist families in transporting their children to area dance and community programs.
We have on-going registration for our program. For more information, contact Jayme Blanton , A+ Program Director at 530.583.1534.
